About the Role

FOREVER is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily order processing and media conversion operations. This entry-level role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized individual who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Primary responsibilities will include converting various types of media, handling intake and organization processes, completing transactions, and ensuring timely shipment of client orders on a daily basis. To excel in this role, the ideal candidate must be adept at working both independently and as part of a team.

This is an opportunity to develop valuable operational skills while contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the security and confidentiality of all client and company materials.
• Receive, inventory, and enter client orders into our system.
• Prepare and ship completed client orders in a timely manner.
• Digitize client materials on all media platforms used by FOREVER, Inc.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally with all departments within FOREVER, Inc.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
• Proficient in the use of computers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow, adapt, and learn work functions in multiple areas of the facility
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and mission-driven environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation
• Must be able to sit, stand and move about the facility during each shift while also lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 15 pounds
