Position Summary:

We are currently hiring a Foreman to lead a crew in our field operations. This role is critical to ensuring our foundation repair projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and to the high-quality standards our company is known for. As a working foreman, you will perform many of the same duties as the laborers on your crew while providing direct oversight, guidance, and motivation to your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a crew of 2 laborers on foundation repair job sites.

• Work alongside crew members to complete hands-on tasks

• Ensure daily job site tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

• Adhere to and enforce project timelines and schedules.

• Communicate progress and any delays or issues to management.

• Train and mentor new laborers and assist in developing crew capabilities.

• Assist in the setup and teardown of job sites.

• Monitor equipment and material use, ensuring proper care and handling.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership skills or supervisory experience preferred.

• Construction or foundation repair experience is strongly preferred.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing job conditions.

• Strong work ethic and commitment to team success.

• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions.

• Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-focused.

• Valid driver's license is preferred.

• Excavator experience required.

Growth Opportunity:

This position begins with training and assisting under an experienced team. As projects and leads increase, the Foreman will transition into leading an independent crew with full responsibility for job site management and project delivery. This is an hourly rate of $25/hour with potential for bonuses and ability to upsell for commission.

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends based on project needs)

• Overtime opportunities may be available
