Forever Fit Physical Therapy & Wellness is seeking a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in a floating role supporting our clinics throughout Maryland.
This position is ideal for clinicians who enjoy working with diverse patient populations, collaborating with different teams, and making an impact across multiple communities. Rather than being assigned to a single clinic, you'll help support patient access and continuity of care across our network of 11 outpatient clinics.
Whether you're covering for team members on PTO, supporting clinic growth, or helping meet patient demand, you'll play an important role in ensuring patients continue to receive exceptional care throughout the organization.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care consistent with Forever Fit standards
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans (PT)
- Implement treatment plans and interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist (PTA)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with providers, clinicians, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Adapt effectively to different clinic environments and schedules
- Support patient care needs across Forever Fit locations
Qualifications
Physical Therapist
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Maryland Physical Therapy license
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Pelvic health experience or interest preferred but not required

Pay: $86,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
