Pelvic health patients often arrive after years of being told their symptoms are normal or something to live with. Orthopedic patients often arrive frustrated that nothing has worked yet. Either way, you get to be the person who finally helps.

We’d especially love to add a pelvic floor therapist to our team, but we’re just as excited to meet strong orthopedic PTs, whether you want to explore pelvic health or stay focused on ortho.

What your work will look like

At Forever Fit Physical Therapy & Wellness, you’ll treat patients in an outpatient setting built around mostly 1:1 care. You’ll have time to listen, educate, and build plans around each patient’s goals, and to help them take an active role in their recovery.

You’ll do this at a PT-owned practice, where decisions about caseloads, scheduling, and care are made by people who have treated patients themselves.

Choose the path that fits you

If you’re a pelvic health therapist: You’ll treat a mix of pelvic health and orthopedic patients, with a schedule designed for the time pelvic care requires. You’ll join clinicians who value the specialty and have room to help grow our pelvic health services.

If you’re an ortho PT curious about pelvic health: You don’t need prior pelvic floor experience. You’ll get mentorship from clinicians with pelvic health experience and can build your skills and caseload at your own pace.

If you’re an ortho PT who wants to stay in ortho: That’s great too. You’ll focus on orthopedic patients with the same mostly 1:1 model, mentorship, and growth opportunities as everyone else.

How we’ll support you, wherever you are in your career

If you’re a new grad: You’ll join our structured 12-month mentorship program, with regular case reviews and support with clinical reasoning, treatment planning, documentation, and patient communication. Your caseload ramps up gradually over your first 90 days, so you build confidence before carrying a full schedule.

If you’re an experienced PT: You’ll have the autonomy to practice the way you were trained, plus support to keep growing, whether that means adding a specialty, mentoring newer clinicians, or stepping into leadership.

• $86,000–$105,000 salary plus bonus potential

• Hold a Maryland PT license or are NPTE eligible
• Have pelvic health experience, an interest in learning it, or a strong orthopedic foundation
