Forever Clean Portable Toilets is seeking a dependable Lot Laborer to assist with maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and basic sanitation of portable restroom units and surrounding service areas. This position involves non-mechanical, non-pressurized cleaning and general lot-maintenance tasks.
This is an outdoor position and requires working in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and other outdoor elements.
Core Responsibilities
- Clean portable restroom exteriors and interiors using non-pressurized, non-mechanical methods
- Wipe down surfaces including doors, seats, handles, and other touch points
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper and hand soap
- Maintain cleanliness of the lot by collecting and disposing of trash using a wheeled trash receptacle
- Remove trash items and debris from service areas
- Perform sweeping and general cleanup around portable restroom units
- Assist with organizing service areas
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and PPE requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Perform any additional assignments or duties as directed by the manager
Qualifications
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to perform cleaning and general labor tasks
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to follow safety, sanitation, and PPE procedures
- No driver’s license required
- Previous cleaning, maintenance, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
