What You’ll Do
- Connect with prospective homeowners through our consumer-direct marketing channels
- Guide clients through the early stages of the mortgage process and uncover opportunities to help them save money, access equity, or purchase a home
- Work alongside our top-producing loan officers and receive direct mentorship from ownership
- Learn how to evaluate credit, debt, and income to structure smart financial solutions
- Build a book of business and gain real sales experience in a high-volume environment
