Role Overview
This role is critical to keeping our clinical day running smoothly, safely, and on time. You will support injectors, laser providers, and wellness treatments while ensuring rooms, supplies, documentation, and patient preparation meet our clinical and brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Assistant certification
- Active phlebotomy certification and strong venipuncture skills
- Experience in dermatology, aesthetics, plastic surgery, or wellness clinics preferred
- Strong attention to detail and patient safety awareness
- Ability to multitask and anticipate provider needs
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Support
- Draw blood for labs, PRP, and regenerative treatments
- Prepare patients for injectables, laser, and wellness procedures
- Assist providers during treatments when appropriate
- Monitor patients for comfort, numbing effectiveness, and safety
- Ensure proper photography protocols and documentation
Laser & Device Support
- Set up laser rooms according to protocol
- Prepare cooling devices, eye protection, and treatment supplies
- Confirm patient contraindications (medications, sun exposure, recent treatments)
- Assist with pre- and post-laser instructions
- Support device sanitation and safety checks
Injector Support
- Prepare trays and sterile fields
- Assist with numbing protocols and patient positioning
- Track product usage and open vials/syringes per protocol
- Support inventory tracking for neuromodulators and fillers
- Ensure sharps disposal and clinical compliance
Back Office Operations
- Turn over rooms efficiently between patients
- Restock treatment rooms and supply areas daily
- Maintain organization of medical inventory and lab kits
- Support clinical photography workflows
- Ensure consent forms and documentation are completed properly
Patient Experience
- Create a calm, professional treatment environment
- Support patient education on pre- and post-care instructions
- Communicate clearly with front desk and providers
- Help maintain on-time schedule flow
