FACILITY MANAGER
Foret Contracting Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Industrial Facility Manager to lead the daily operations of a major industrial and commercial facility supporting offshore energy exploration and production in the Gulf of America.
We are looking for a proactive, results-driven professional who takes ownership, prioritizes safety, and delivers exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance
- Lead preventative maintenance and asset management programs
- Manage regulatory inspections, safety, and compliance
- Plan and execute facility improvements, additions, moves, and changes
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, and client support teams
- Develop and execute long-term facility strategies
The Ideal Candidate:
An experienced leader with a strong background in industrial facility management, commercial real estate, building systems, construction, and client relations. Energy-sector experience is highly preferred.
Location: South Louisiana
Position: Full-Time
