What are the responsibilities and job description for the MATERIAL HANDLER 2ND SHIFT 6PM-6AM position at Forestry Resources LLC?
- Complies with all Company policies and procedures which includes Substance Abuse policy but not limited to.
- Adhered to all safety and operational practices.
- Willing to participate in ALL4Zero Safety Program.
- Must be able to maintain the product flow through the packaging process without incurring any operational interruptions.
- Accurately fill and seal all types of packaging within the plants.
- Heavy lifting.
- Able to wear a respirator, hardhat, and safety glasses.
- Locate product safely and efficiently in the warehouse.
- Responsible for notifying supervisor with safety issues.
- Responsible for notifying supervisor of, product issues.
- Treat product so as to minimize damage occurrences.
- Responsible for housekeeping at the in your work area, as well as, all associated grounds.
- Ability to work well with teams and alone.
- Inspect warehouse for maintenance issues; keep area clean and well maintained.
- Able to operate forklift to move material from one location to another.
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds.
- Adhered to all safety and operational practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
