Forestream Pediatrics is looking for a Full-time or Part-Time LPN to join our team.

Monday-Friday with one evening/week and participation in a Saturday rotation.
We are seeking a hardworking, friendly nurse to provide direct care to our patients.
1 year of professional nursing experience.
MEDENT/EMR knowledge is a plus.
Annual influenza vaccine required.
We recognize our clinical staff on Nurses Day.

Salary: starting at $25 per hour. Hourly wage based on education and experience.
