Responsibilities

- Oversee corporate accounting functions, including general ledger management, account reconciliation, and financial statement preparation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards such as IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), and ASC 606 revenue recognition guidelines.
- Manage financial reporting processes, including regulatory filings, audit coordination, and internal financial reports.
- Conduct risk analysis to identify potential financial vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
- Oversee treasury management activities such as cash flow analysis, investment management, and cost control initiatives.
- Collaborate with business development teams to support growth initiatives through strategic planning and financial modeling.
- Supervise budgeting processes, forecast accuracy, and cost management efforts to optimize profitability.
- Lead a team of finance professionals in areas like governmental accounting, non-profit accounting, and technical accounting practices.
