FORESTHILL PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – FINANCE MANAGER
The Foresthill Public Utility District (FPUD) is seeking qualified individuals or firms to provide Finance
Manager services for the District. Responsibilities include:
- Accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Managing audits and regulatory reporting
- Supporting capital improvement project financial planning
- Providing assistance to the General Manager and Board of Directors
- Ensuring compliance with GASB and GAAP
- Oversight of investment funds and revenue bonds
- Grant coordination and review
Minimum Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Advanced knowledge of GASB & GAAP
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
