Job Summary
The bilingual Intake Coordinator supports pregnant and parenting mothers from the point of referral through intake consultation and registration into group, individual, and supportive services. This role includes administrative and clerical responsibilities such as entering client data into the database, filing required documents and assessments (e.g., ASARA, PARI Connect), and collaborating with the Quality and Performance Management Team to provide client engagement reports for grant reporting purposes. The Intake Coordinator ensures adherence to program policies and guidelines and contributes to the efficient and effective completion of all assigned projects.
Major Responsibilities and Activities
•Conduct a minimum of 15 virtual intakes per week in a timely and organized manner.
•Verify client eligibility and ensure the accuracy of submitted documentation (e.g., ASARA).
•Coordinate and schedule quarterly group cohorts as directed by program leadership.
•Facilitate one educational workshop for participants (e.g., Parenting-COSP).
•Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and inquiries regarding program services.
•Maintain accurate records for program participants (e.g., graduation certificates, provider letters).
•Provide clear and comprehensive information to prospective participants regarding program services, registration procedures, and policies.
•Perform additional duties as assigned by program leadership.
Minimum Requirements
•Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
•Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, human services, or a related field preferred but not required.
•At least one year of experience in administrative or care coordination roles, preferably working with families and children.
•Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to interact and communicate professionally with internal staff and external partners.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher.
Salary Range:
Bachelors - $29.12/hr - $31.04/hr
Bachelors (Bilingual)- $30.22/hr - $32.15/hr
Masters - $30.22/hr - $33.24/hr
Masters (Bilingual) - $31.59/hr - $34.34/hr
Masters (Bilingual & License) - $34.43/hr - $37.09/hr
