This is a full-time, on-site role as a Land Development Manager located in Tucson, AZ. The Land Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and management of land development activities. Responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, budgeting and managing land and site development projects, and collaborating with homebuilders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of residential communities. The individual will coordinate with various stakeholders, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with company goals and local regulations.
- Expertise in Land Development and Site Development, including knowledge of planning, zoning, and permitting processes
- Experience with Feasibility Studies and the ability to assess projects for cost, timing, and scale
- Strong skills in Budgeting and project financial management
- Background in Homebuilding or residential real estate is preferred
- Proven project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
