Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and sanitation tasks across all areas of the property
- Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient performance and adherence to quality standards
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and safety procedures aligned with industry best practices
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens; manage procurement as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met or exceeded while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations
- Oversee industrial cleaning projects and specialized custodial tasks requiring advanced techniques or equipment
- Foster a team-oriented environment through effective management communication, conflict resolution, and leadership development
Requirements
- Proven experience in , cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, safety regulations, and management of cleaning & sanitation processes
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams in fast-paced environments
- Excellent managerial communication skills to effectively direct staff and liaise with other departments or clients
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in cleanliness and safety standards
- Experience with laundry operations and industrial cleaning equipment is preferred
