Position Overview

Forest Security is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support our growing operation. This role is critical to maintaining inventory accuracy, streamlining warehouse processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse

· Organize shelves, bins, and storage locations

· Prepare outgoing shipments

· Receive and document deliveries

· Receive and inspect incoming shipments

· Verify quantities against purchase orders

· Label and organize inventory

· Maintain accurate inventory records

· Stage materials for installation and service projects

· Prepare technician job kits

· Issue materials to field technicians

· Process returned materials and restock inventory

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Strong organizational skills

· Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

· Ability to lift 50 pounds

· Valid driver's license

· Strong attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

· Pay: $20 - $25 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule

· Monday through Friday

· 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (8-hour shift)
