Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Assistant located in Bristol, IN. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by assisting with customer inquiries, preparing sales reports, and maintaining organized records. Additional responsibilities include effectively communicating with customers to address their needs, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Travel Requirements: 80-100 days a year for RV Trade shows, product training, dealer visits
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships within a team and with clients
- Customer Service expertise and a service-oriented attitude to fulfill customer needs effectively
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency
- Sales acumen to support the sales team and contribute to achieving goals
- Exceptional Organization Skills to manage tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records
- Proficient in standard office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus
- Proficiency in AI technology (Chatbots, CRM Automation, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Comfortable using major social media platforms for outreach and engagement
