Key Responsibilities
Coach Leadership & Development
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new coaches
- Lead coach trainings, meetings, and on-field evaluations
- Provide regular feedback, mentorship, and support
- Coach up to 10 Soccer Shots sessions per week
- Model high-energy, engaging, and professional coaching
- Step in for coverage as needed to ensure program quality
- Ensure all sessions follow Soccer Shots curriculum and standards
- Assist with coach scheduling and staffing needs
- Partner with ownership to support program growth
- Build a positive, fun, and supportive coaching culture
- Communicate clearly with coaches, families, and partners
- Represent Soccer Shots with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Experience working with children (youth sports, education, childcare, or related fields)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High energy, positivity, and reliability
- Comfortable managing and motivating a team
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Soccer experience preferred but not required (we provide training)
- Full-time salary: $37,000–$42,000 (based on experience)
