What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Care Worker (Part-time / PRN) - 2nd & 3rd Shifts position at Forest Plaza Assisted Living?
Hiring compassionate, Direct Care workers for 2nd and 3rd shift, Part Time/PRN (as needed), every other weekend, every other holiday and open shifts and PTO requests. Active Medication Manager Certification preferred but willing to training the right candidate.
Paid training, comfortable environment. Meaningful work providing Forest Plaza tenants with medication administration, housekeeping, meal service and some personal care.
Flexibility in scheduling. First shift hours 6:45am - 3:00pm, Second shift (short) hours 2:45pm - 8:00-8:30pm, Second shift (long) hours 2:45pm - 11:00pm, Third shift hours 10:45pm - 7:00am. Weekend/Holiday rotation.
Must be 18 years old. Must pass a criminal background check.
