ADON Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor infection prevention and control programs in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Educate staff on infection prevention protocols and ensure compliance.
- Conduct audits, track infection data, and report trends to leadership.
- Assist the Director of Nursing with clinical operations, staff management, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff.
ADON Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania (required).
- Certification in Infection Prevention and Control (CIC) or willingness to obtain.
- Prior experience in infection prevention and/or nursing leadership in long-term care (preferred).
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- A commitment to providing high-quality care with compassion and professionalism.
