Activity Aide Responsibilities:
- Assisting with planning and leading daily recreational activities
- Encouraging resident participation and engagement
- Supporting residents during group and one-on-one activities
- Helping set up and clean up activity areas
- Documenting resident involvement and feedback
Activity Aide Qualifications:
- A warm, friendly personality and a passion for working with seniors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is a plus
