Schedule: (no weekends!)
- Monday 7:15 am - 6:00pm
- Tuesday 7:15 am - 5:00pm
- Wednesday 7:15 am - 5:00pm
- Thursday 7:15 am - 6:00pm
- Friday 7:15am - 2:00pm
As part of our team you will be responsible for the following (not limited to):
- Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
- Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
- Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.
- Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
- Develop a relationship with the patient.
- Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
- Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
- Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs.
- Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.
Who we are looking for:
- Either:
- 1 year of experience in a dental office or health-care setting
- 3 years strong customer service background – hospitality, retail, or front-facing health-care roles welcome, we will teach you the role, but you must be self driven learner
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, calming demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while staying patient-centered
