Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with healthcare teams
- Provide wound care and maintain proper wound documentation
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
