Forest Lawn's Planning Advisors (Outside Sales Representatives) help families make important decisions ahead of time rather than having to make them when a death occurs. In addition, Forest Lawn provides extensive training to our Planning Advisors, so they can share the many benefits of preplanning to families throughout Southern California, all while earning a great income.

Requirements

Here's what you need in order to get started:

• Retail/Inside or Outside sales experience with a proven track record of success
• Professional & Ethical Individual
• Possess Great Communication & Listening skills
• Ability to Network easily and generate sales through prospecting, cold calling, B2B, & Door to Door sales.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, and weekends
• Bilingual Ability is a Plus
• Limited Life Insurance License is a Plus but not required
• Valid CA Driver's License, including state required levels of active auto insurance, and the use of a reliable personal vehicle is required

Drug Testing Policy

Prior to beginning employment, all job applicants who receive a job offer will be required to voluntarily submit to a drug screening test conducted by a laboratory designated by Forest Lawn. The drug screening method is a hair collection test that will detect the use of illegal drugs within the past 90 days. A positive drug test may result in the withdrawal of the job offer.

Forest Lawn has registered to participate in the federal government's E-Verify program. With E-Verify we are able to confirm the employment authorization of all newly hired employees through an electronic database maintained by the Social Security Administration and Department of Homeland Security.
