We are looking for a Veterinary Assistant or Registered Technician
Position is full time, 4 days a week and half day on Saturdays.
Assist doctors in exam rooms and provide client education, care for hospitalized patients and administer treatments, collect and run lab samples, perform Xrays, walk/bathe dogs and care for cats, assist in surgery and perform dental care.
FOREST HILLS VETERINARY HOSPITAL: Looking to add an assistant or Registered vet tech to a privately owned, 4 doctor, well established small animal practice. Our family owned practice was established 25 years ago and 10 years ago moved into a beautiful newly constructed 4,000 SF facility, with a well-established clientele, and dedicated/motivated/ long standing staff. We use Ezy-Vet digital medical record systems.
Position is full time and candidate should demonstrate strong client communication skills. Ideal candidate will have 1 or more years’ experience, but willing to mentor an exceptional new candidate as well. We provide a supportive work environment for our team where work-life balance is valued.
