Forest Hill Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a reliable and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team in Richmond, VA. In this role, you will help ensure our residents receive nutritious, well-prepared meals in a clean, welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and serving meals and snacks according to resident dietary plans and facility menus.
- Ensure proper portion control and food presentation.
- Set up, deliver, and collect meal trays and dining room service.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining areas, and equipment in compliance with state and facility regulations.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment following safe food-handling procedures.
- Stock and organize food supplies and assist with inventory and storage as needed.
- Work collaboratively with dietary, nursing, and care staff to support residents’ nutritional needs.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.
- Minimum 1 year of Dietary Aide or food service experience required (healthcare or long-term care preferred).
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable and able to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards is a plus.
