Job Title: Assistant Color Guard Instructor 

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• This position will assist with FGHS Marching Band/Color Guard
• Abide by the Forest Grove Staff Handbook
• Provide instruction to color guard members 
• Assist with general logistics
• Stay advised of Director's goals and agendas as to stick with timelines and deadlines for all materials to be produced and learned by students
• Communicate rehearsal needs with the Director in advance of rehearsals.
• Communicate about rehearsal attendance and absence with Director early, and often
• Create a healthy and productive learning environment for students
• Create a healthy environment for staff and parents to invest in
