- Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointment reminders, follow-up instructions, and necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient flow and ensure timely delivery of care.

- Support the clinic’s daily operations by managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a dental office setting or healthcare environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology to accurately communicate with patients and staff.
- Proven ability to provide excellent medical administrative support with attention to detail.
- Office experience demonstrating proficiency in scheduling software and electronic health records systems.
- Experience working in a dental or similar healthcare office is a plus.
