What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Foreman position at Forest Construction?
Foreman must have experience and be able to not only manage each project but perform physical labor along side the crew. Most building projects are within driving distance. Few are "out of town" and for those additional compensation is provided.Oshkosh "area" is where we are seeking our foreman to be centralized.We are not a general contractor. We sell our portion of the project along with a few regular subs like overhead doors, gutters, concrete, and insulators and work directly with the customer.Forest Constructions agricultural buildings such as free stall barns, calf facilities, milking parlors, robot barns etc. consist of either wood or steel frames and have a steel sheet exterior.The majority of our commercial and residential projects like mini/maxi warehousing private storage, and houses consists of wood frame with steel exterior.All our trucks, tools, equipment are of the highest quality and plentiful.
