HCR OPERATOR

HCR Operator - 2nd shift 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Our 2nd shift premium is currently $0.75/hr. This would be in addition to your base pay rate.

Summary of Job Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the Operations Manager and Process Engineering Manager, and within established procedures, will set up, adjust, repair, and ensure high quality, on-time production of finished LIM products in conformance to customer

• Reads complete job specification to determine requirements of assigned job.
• Operates LIM equipment to ensure conformance to customer requirements.
• Communicates relevant information to Operations Manager and other team members to create an efficient operating environment.
• Performs all quality functions and analysis as required.
• Maintains clean and safe work environment and observes all safety policies and procedures.
• Performs specifically assigned tasks or other duties requested by the Operations Manager or Production Manager.
• Should know proper terminology for all major machine functions/parts (i.e. injector, table, platens, etc.)
• Know where and how to use all the shut-off valves, also know what they do and the proper terminology (should be able to start up a machine that is shut down).
• Know the proper mold cleaning procedures and proper mold tools to use.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
