What You'll Do:

Project Leadership & Execution
- Drive the Lifecycle: Lead end-to-end project management for multiple, simultaneous technical and business initiatives, ensuring adherence to quality standards and organizational policies.
- Plan & Execute: Drive project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution to ensure successful delivery.
- Risk & Governance: Identify, document, and mitigate project risks and issues early; establish and maintain project governance, documentation, and reporting standards.
- Clear Communication: Communicate proactively with stakeholders at all levels, providing status updates, risk assessments, and recommended actions tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Build strong relationships across teams to ensure accountability and alignment on project goals.
- Technical Partnership: Partner with engineering and cybersecurity teams to ensure technical requirements are integrated into broader project milestones.
- Process Optimization: Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives, optimizing workflows and implementing best practices across the project lifecycle.
- Post-Project Reviews: Conduct "lessons learned" sessions to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous organizational learning.
- Experienced Pro: You have 5–8 years of progressive project management experience, preferably in technology-driven environments.
- Security Savvy: You have 2-3 years of cybersecurity experience, specifically with knowledge of Google SecOps and have a strong understanding of SIEM, SOAR and MDR technologies with the ability to manage security operations onboarding projects
- Certified Leader: You hold a PMP certification and have a proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strategic Communicator: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the interpersonal savvy to manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Methodology Expertise: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery models.
- Operational Growth: Experience implementing or improving project management processes, tools, or methodologies.
- Global Perspective: Experience working with cross-functional global or remote teams.
