About the Role
Foresight Construction Group is seeking a methodical, detail-focused Project Manager to oversee large-scale institutional and commercial projects ranging from $5M–$50M. In this role, you’ll ensure projects are delivered with safety, accuracy, and financial control — from planning through closeout.
This role is for a disciplined leader who thrives in structured environments, values precision, and takes pride in seeing complex projects well executed.
What You'll Do
- Lead project delivery with discipline: Manage contracts, budgets, and schedules with accuracy and consistency.
- Plan and control schedules: Build detailed project schedules, track milestones, and proactively adjust to keep work on time.
- Manage cost and risk: Oversee job cost reporting, forecasting, and profitability analysis with strict accountability.
- Drive safety and quality: Enforce rigorous safety standards and ensure all work meets technical and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate stakeholders: Maintain clear communication between owners, architects, trade partners, and internal teams.
- Mentor the team: Provide steady, reliable guidance to project engineers and superintendents.
- Resolve challenges with clarity: Address field conflicts through structured problem-solving and coordination.
Qualifications
- 10 years of construction project management experience, including ground-up builds.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety best practices.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6) and cost management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage details and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; clear, concise, and professional.
- Experience with general contracting, construction management, and design-build delivery methods.
