Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Payable Clerk, located in St. Louis, MO. The Accounts Payable Clerk will manage daily financial operations, including verifying, processing, and reconciling invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors, and maintaining thorough records of transactions. Other responsibilities include working with accounting software, assisting in month-end closing processes, and providing general support for the finance team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Finance and Accounting principles
- Experience with Accounting Software and Invoicing processes - SAP preferred
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with vendors and internal teams
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable or similar role is considered a plus
