Medical Practice Manager

Foresight Care and Aesthetics is a new startup medical practice in Navarre, FL. We are on a mission to reimagine patient care and hospitality for the Navarre community. Foresight Care and Aesthetics will be delivery primary care to patients from adolescence to geriatrics, in addition to aesthetic medicine. We are looking for an exceptional Practice Manager/ Practice Administrator to join our team. The Practice Manager will share in a team-based decision-making process and will play a vital role in delivering our mission to the community, our patients and our team. Responsibilities will include those of daily operations, practice growth, team development, budget management, and more. The position requires at least 2 years of experience as a healthcare practice manager or healthcare practice administrator, with related experience in financials, budgeting, leadership and metric responsibilities. Experience working with Athena EHR and Quickbooks online are pluses.

Job Functions will include:

Direct the internal practice operations, create benchmarks, track and report progress, research process improvements, recommend and implement changes.

Work with the CMO to develop the vision and direction of the practice in alignment with our core values.

Assure the highest quality of customer service is delivered by the practice.

Oversee the day-to-day activities of the administrative practice.

Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate, implement and execute marketing and other business strategies in order to advance and grow the practice.

Develop and implement professional growth strategies for team members.
