Clinical Lead RN

Foresight Care and Aesthetics is a new startup medical practice in Navarre, FL. We are on a mission to reimagine patient care and hospitality for the Navarre community. Foresight Care and Aesthetics will be delivery primary care to patients from adolescence to geriatrics, as well as aesthetic medicine. We are looking for an exceptional Clinical Team Leader who is an RN or equivalent, shares our core values, and has experience in clinical leadership, managing financials, and working with metric responsibilities. The Lead Clinical team member will share in a team-based decision-making process and will play a vital role in delivering our mission to the community, our patients and our team. Responsibilities will include those of daily operations, practice growth, team development, budget management, and more. Experience working with Athena EHR is a plus.

This is a full-time, on-site position. We will be offering competitive compensation and benefits to include health, dental and vision insurances, 401k matching, as well as a performance-based bonus program revolving around practice success metrics.

Job Functions to include:

Direct and participate in the internal clinical operations, create benchmarks and metrics, track and report outcomes, research and recommend process improvements, train clinical staff, implement changes.

Directly participate in the delivery of healthcare to our patients.

Teach team members, patients and students.

Work with the CMO to develop the vision and direction of the practice in alignment with our core values.

Assure the highest quality of customer service is delivered by the practice.

Oversee the day-to-day clinical activities of the practice.

Work closely with the CMO and Practice Administrator to advance and grow the practice.

Develop and implement professional growth strategies for the team members.
