Key Responsibilities
- Guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, conducting tours, and showcasing the community's features and amenities.
- Preparing and explaining lease documents with accuracy and professionalism to ensure a smooth move-in experience.
- Assisting with applicant screening and compliance with affordable housing programs, where applicable.
- Supporting daily operations alongside the Property Manager to ensure apartments are ready for move-in and meet quality standards.
- Maintaining leasing and traffic data, responding to inquiries, and implementing creative sales and marketing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
- Engaging with residents through thoughtful service, coordinating resident events, and fostering a welcoming community atmosphere.
- Participating in company training programs to continuously grow your knowledge and skills in property management.
- Upholding high standards for customer service, resident satisfaction, and professionalism in all interactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in leasing or a related customer service/sales role
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
