Responsibilities include general carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repair, preventive maintenance, and responding to maintenance requests. Qualifications:
- Experience in general building maintenance or a related trade
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and basic HVAC systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions
- On-call rotation is required
