Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Anaheim, California. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a technical sales environment and is eager to support customers with advanced connectivity and video signal transport solutions. There is no travel required outside of the Anaheim office.
You will collaborate closely with our engineering, sales, and marketing teams to support customers, manage inbound inquiries, develop new business opportunities, and help drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers and market opportunities for Ophit USA’s product lines.
- Respond to sales inquiries and provide product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with integrators, distributors, resellers, and end users.
- Qualify leads, prepare quotes, and follow up on open opportunities to advance the sales pipeline.
- Work with engineering teams to understand product specifications and communicate technical information clearly.
- Coordinate with marketing to support campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Maintain accurate customer records, including contact information, interactions, quotes, and order status.
- Assist with order processing, pricing, availability inquiries, inbound receiving and outbound shipping.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to support our products.
Qualifications
- 3 years of inside sales: Audiovisual, Broadcast, Medical, IT, or other technical electronics industry preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, customer-friendly way.
- Familiarity with fiber optic extenders, converters, and Ethernet network connectivity.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
- Interest in technology, connectivity, and video‑transport solutions.
- Proficient with computer programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Calendar/Drive/Email, and others.
