As a Recruiting and HR Coordinator at FFL, you will:
- accurately and promptly communicate with hiring leads, recruiting consultants, and applicants to address issues/opportunities in accordance with the recruiting process.
- accurately enter all records and communications into database/electronic files and regularly conduct audits.
- send, maintain, and interpret AcuMax Index surveys and position profiles.
- schedule and coordinate interviews, travel, and lodging; request and process reference and background checks.
- post jobs, identify recruiter partnerships, and internal sourcing.
- accurately complete HRIS tasks and scheduling onboarding orientations.
- track sourcing and provide recruiting metrics to hiring leads during and at close of search.
- audit, edit, and create Recruiting and HR processes and training documentation.
- train new team members on and maintain the online orientation and training sign-up system.
- assist with preparation of correspondence for employee records as requested.
- coach and lead efforts to incorporate FFL’s Core Values into all phases of the recruiting-hiring process.
- accurately assist with receipt, opening, sorting, logging in, and processing of samples.
- complete other duties as assigned.

What valuable experience and skills will you bring to the table?
- You earned a bachelor’s degree in human resources, communication, organizational management/development, or a related field.
- You have five (5) years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting or HR coordinator role, with small business acumen.
- You possess above average working knowledge in an HRIS and excellent MS Office, particularly Outlook calendaring and SharePoint, required.
- You have two (2) years of experience with FMLA, Workers Compensation, and Employment Verification.
- You have exceptional oral and written communication and grammar skills.
