Industrial Sewing Machine Job Description

·     No experience necessary; all training is provided! We typically prefer you to have little to no sewing experience so we can more easily teach you our tips and tricks designed for maximum efficiency.

·     Starting wage of $19.25 an hour with the opportunity for a $2 raise upon completion of the 90 day training period

·     Day shift 7:00 am-3:30 pm, typically a 40 hour week

·     Monday-Friday only, no weekends ever

·     Six paid holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas)

·     Additional 10 days of paid vacation/sick leave

·     Simple IRA plan with 3% company matching available after a year of employment

·     Our family-owned manufacturing facility provides a positive, temperature controlled, clean work environment

·     Due to our small size (less than 15 full time employees), we do NOT offer health insurance
