What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Coordinator position at Foremost Farms USA?
Position Overview:
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for organizing and coordinating plant inventory in the system from production to storage to customer shipment. They will contribute to the organization's success by supporting internal and external business partners.
Key Accountabilities:
Coordinate the finished good movements at the plant.
Create ISOs for shuttles to 3PL.
Partner with Production Supervisors on daily warehouse put-away plans.
Ensure finished goods and materials are labeled correctly and in the right locations within Oracle R12.
Assign available finished goods to orders and communication with WOW.
Answer and route incoming calls in a professional and timely manner.
Facilitate communication and support collaboration with the front office to ensure operational alignment.
Cross-functional communication with stakeholders:
Ensure accuracy of reports and documents and adjust any errors.
Communicate effectively via email and phone.
Cross train and serve as back up for other administrative roles at the facility.
Act as a liaison with internal business partners.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
1 year of job-related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree in business or another related field.
3-5 years of job-related experience.
Job Setting: Regular workplace presence is required.
