INTERNSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES & PROJECTS:
As an intern at Foremost, you’ll work on strategic, real-world projects that may include:
- Cold Chain Validation Study: Evaluate temperature controls during storage and transport.
- Environmental Monitoring Program (EMP) Enhancement: Strengthen microbial risk monitoring in production areas.
- Shelf-Life Study and Spoilage Monitoring: Help determine product shelf life and monitor microbial or sensory changes over time.
- Analytical Data Trend Analysis: Identify patterns or anomalies in routine lab testing data.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in computer applications and highly organized
- Willingness to travel, up to 75% per week to Foremost plant locations
- Must be available to work from May 27, 2026, through early to mid-August
- Intern may be located near Middleton, WI or Appleton, WI
