INTERNSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES & PROJECTS: 

As an intern at Foremost, you’ll work on strategic, real-world projects that may include:

  • Cold Chain Validation Study: Evaluate temperature controls during storage and transport.
  •  Environmental Monitoring Program (EMP) Enhancement: Strengthen microbial risk monitoring in production areas. 
  • Shelf-Life Study and Spoilage Monitoring: Help determine product shelf life and monitor microbial or sensory changes over time.
  •  Analytical Data Trend Analysis: Identify patterns or anomalies in routine lab testing data.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in a related field 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in computer applications and highly organized
  • Willingness to travel, up to 75% per week to Foremost plant locations
  • Must be available to work from May 27, 2026, through early to mid-August
  • Intern may be located near Middleton, WI or Appleton, WI

 

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Junior or Senior class standing
