What are the responsibilities and job description for the Broker - Intern position at Foremost Commercial Real Estate Services?
CAREER OPPORTUNITY: COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE INTERN
About Us
Foremost Commercial Real Estate Services is a full-service brokerage operating throughout the Inland Empire, Riverside County, and the Greater Los Angeles area. We specialize in landlord and tenant representation, investment sales, and development advisory.
Our team is built on a simple approach: deliver real value to clients through market expertise, strong relationships, and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
The Opportunity -
We’re looking for a driven, curious Intern to join our team and gain direct exposure to the commercial real estate business.
This is not a sit-back-and-observe internship. You’ll be involved in real deals, real clients, and real market activity.
You’ll assist with:
- Market research and property analysis
- Prospecting and identifying new opportunities
- Preparing marketing materials and deal packages
- Coordinating client outreach and follow-ups
- Touring properties and supporting active requirements
- Assisting brokers throughout live transactions
What We’re Looking For -
We care more about mindset than résumé. The right person is:
- Hungry to learn and comfortable taking initiative
- Strong communicator (written and verbal)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred (not required):
- Interest in real estate, finance, or sales
- Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree
- Open to obtaining a California Real Estate License
Why This Internship -
Most internships keep you on the sidelines. This one doesn’t.
You’ll gain:
- Direct exposure to brokerage, negotiations, and deal flow
- A clear understanding of how deals are sourced and executed
- Mentorship from active brokers in the market
- A potential pathway into a full-time brokerage role
Compensation
To be determined. High performers may have the opportunity to transition into a full-time, commission-based brokerage role with long-term upside.
