What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lay Out Technician/CMM programmer position at FOREMAN TOOL & MOLD CORP?

Foreman Tool And Mold Has An Immediate Opening For An Experienced Layout Technician. The Right Candidate For This Position Will Have 3 Or More Years Experience In The Following

Be able to use all measuring tools
Capable of maintaining condition of CMM and other instrumentation, and keeps records of certifications
Be proficient with OGP Smart Scope and Microvu
Experienced with Zeiss Calypso Software is a plus
Be able to complete dimensional layouts for PPAP submission

Pay will be based on experience. Foreman Tool and Mold offers Medical, Dental, Life, Vision and Disability Insurance as well as 401K with an employer match.

You Should Be Proficient In

GD&T
Quality Inspection Experience
Statistical process control (SPC)
5 Why (Root Cause Analysis Method)
ISO 9001 Certification Experience
Precision Measurement & Hand Metrology
Advanced Inspection & Gauge Measurement
Excellent Communication Skills
Injection Molding Experience
PPAP Process Experience

Machines & Technologies You'll Use

Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) (Zeiss)
