- Deliver complete dimensional layouts for PPAP submission.
- Program/operate Zeiss CMM systems; Zeiss Calypso Software experience is a plus.
- Run optical inspections with OGP Smart Scope and Microvu.
- Use all measuring tools with confidence—covering both precision hand metrology and advanced gauges.
- Maintain the condition of CMM and all instrumentation; manage certification and calibration records.
- Leverage SPC and 5 Why to drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Communicate clearly with quality, tooling, and molding teams.
- 3 years of experience in layout, inspection, or metrology.
- Depth in GD&T and strong Quality Inspection Experience.
- Working knowledge of Statistical process control (SPC) and the 5 Why (Root Cause Analysis Method).
- ISO 9001 Certification Experience with disciplined documentation habits.
- Precision Measurement & Hand Metrology and Advanced Inspection & Gauge Measurement capabilities.
- Excellent Communication Skills to translate data into decisions.
- Injection Molding Experience and proven PPAP Process Experience.
- Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) (Zeiss)
