Qualifications:
Valid Arkansas teaching license (or eligibility for licensure)
Certification in Secondary Mathematics (preferred)
Strong classroom management and communication skills

Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver effective mathematics instruction for grades 7–12
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
