Foreman Endodontics is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable patient care coordinator to join our growing endodontic specialty practice focused on communication and patient-centered care.. This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional growth, including training in dental insurance billing and coordination and dental assisting.
We are looking for someone who enjoys helping patients, communicates professionally, and thrives in a fast-paced dental office environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify dental insurance benefits and update patient information
- Coordinate with referring dental offices and specialists
- Manage patient records and front office documentation
- Collect payments and review financial and consent information with patients
- Maintain an organized and efficient front office
- Assist with learning insurance claims and billing processes over time
Qualifications
- Previous dental, medical, or front office experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office
- Comfortable using computers and learning dental software
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Preferred Experience
- Dental/medical office experience
- Insurance verification or billing experience
- Scheduling and patient coordination
