- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support, including document creation, recordkeeping, compliance tracking, and coordination of departmental materials.
- Manage vendor communications, new account setup, catering requests, and regional implementation projects in collaboration with management.
- Assist with daily operations
- Support property operations through travel to sites, inventory oversight, onboarding and training of new managers, and operational support during staffing shortages.
- Maintain financial records, including monthly spreadsheets, invoice data entry, auxiliary billing compilation, report generation, and invoice verification/approval in Workday.
- Oversee and maintain EVS systems, troubleshooting IT issues, equipment setup, and implementation of new operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with facility, corporate, and regulatory policies while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Maintain knowledge of and comply with all applicable federal, state, and facility regulations, as well as Environmental Services department and account-specific policies.
- Understand and follow the facility’s fire safety, emergency preparedness, and disaster response plans during drills and actual emergencies.

- Responsible for acting in conformance with all facility and departmental policies and procedures including those relating to Human Resources, Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, Health and Safety regulations, Compliance requirements, Patient Rights, Confidentiality, and HIPAA. Responsible for acting in conformance with accrediting agency standards.
- Attends department meetings as required.
