Position Overview
:
The Junior Sales Representative will support the Business Development team by managing inbound leads, assisting with customer outreach, and supporting the preparation of proposals and presentations. This entry-level role provides the opportunity to grow into a full sales executive role through mentorship and exposure to real-world customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
:
- Support new business development through lead generation, outreach, and follow-up on inbound inquiries.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and samples to support the closing process.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify growth opportunities within assigned territories.
- Participate in in-person meetings with customers across the Midwest region.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience through professional and responsive communication.
Qualifications
:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools Curious, coachable, and customer-focused
- 1-3 years' experience in a sales role
