Responsibilities
Summary
The Regional Clinic Manager (RCM) is responsible for the overall leadership and operational success of assigned clinics. Key responsibilities include:
Leadership & Communication
Provide guidance and support to physicians, mid-level providers, clinic team leaders, and staff.
Promote and uphold the mission and values of Forefront Dermatology.
Cultivate strong clinic leadership and a collaborative work environment.
Operational Excellence & Patient Experience
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality care that leads to exceptional patient satisfaction and retention.
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and support process improvements.
Financial Performance & Growth
Monitor and analyze financial performance of individual providers and clinics as a whole.
Drive clinic-level profitability and sustainable growth.
Communication Liaison
Act as the primary point of contact between Support Services and clinics.
Communicate corporate policies, procedural updates, and operational protocols effectively.
Staffing & Human Resources
Collaborate with HR on candidate selection, interviewing, and hiring.
Conduct performance evaluations, manage disciplinary actions, and support staff development.
Multi-Clinic Oversight & Travel
Manage multiple clinics of varying size and complexity through on-site and remote oversight.
Travel regularly as required to support clinic needs.
Qualifications
Education
Successful completion of a medical support field such as Medical Assistant, LPN, or RN, with preference given to BSN.
Experience & Requirements
Minimum of two years of work experience in dermatology or five years of related healthcare experience.
Alternatively, demonstrated strong team leadership experience within Forefront Dermatology or commensurate leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
Must maintain all required state certifications, licenses, and/or registrations.
Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets insurability standards.
Proficiency with computers and healthcare software, including:
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
Patient scheduling programs
Microsoft Office® Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
