Summary

The Regional Clinic Manager (RCM) is responsible for the overall leadership and operational success of assigned clinics. Key responsibilities include:

• Leadership & Communication

  • Provide guidance and support to physicians, mid-level providers, clinic team leaders, and staff.

  • Promote and uphold the mission and values of Forefront Dermatology.

  • Cultivate strong clinic leadership and a collaborative work environment.

• Operational Excellence & Patient Experience

  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality care that leads to exceptional patient satisfaction and retention.

  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and support process improvements.

• Financial Performance & Growth

  • Monitor and analyze financial performance of individual providers and clinics as a whole.

  • Drive clinic-level profitability and sustainable growth.

• Communication Liaison

  • Act as the primary point of contact between Support Services and clinics.

  • Communicate corporate policies, procedural updates, and operational protocols effectively.

• Staffing & Human Resources

  • Collaborate with HR on candidate selection, interviewing, and hiring.

  • Conduct performance evaluations, manage disciplinary actions, and support staff development.

• Multi-Clinic Oversight & Travel

  • Manage multiple clinics of varying size and complexity through on-site and remote oversight.

  • Travel regularly as required to support clinic needs.

Education

Successful completion of a medical support field such as Medical Assistant, LPN, or RN, with preference given to BSN.

Experience & Requirements

• Minimum of two years of work experience in dermatology or five years of related healthcare experience.

• Alternatively, demonstrated strong team leadership experience within Forefront Dermatology or commensurate leadership experience in a healthcare setting.

• Must maintain all required state certifications, licenses, and/or registrations.

• Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets insurability standards.

• Proficiency with computers and healthcare software, including:

  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems

  • Patient scheduling programs

  • Microsoft Office® Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
